1. PAYMENT Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards accepted. Cheque’s and money orders will be cleared before goods will be dispatched. All payment must be made in GBP. VAT will be applied to all sales at the rate of 17.5 %.
2. SPECIAL ORDERS All goods correctly supplied without faults cannot be returned for credit at any time.
4. SHIPPING OF OVERSIZED ITEMS Please call for carriage costs. These may take longer than a next day delivery service. Details available upon request. If goods are damaged in transit this must be recorded in writing at time of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if the carrier’s proof of delivery has been signed for “As received in good condition”.
5. WARRANTY We warranty all products on our web pages for a minimum of 12 months against defects in workmanship or materials for normal road use (racing, rust and accidental damage are excluded). Longer warranties by the manufacturer may also be applicable on some products. In order to make a claim please call our office and ask for a returned goods authorization number. You will then be given instructions in how to use our returns system. Please carefully package the goods, and arrange shipment of the goods (with insurance paid) by prepaid surface mail, including a copy of our original invoice for proof of date of purchase. We will refund your cost of shipping if the part is deemed to be defective. Returned goods without a returns number will be refused upon delivery. Any goods returned which are damaged or in saleable condition will be subject to repair or replacement charges as appropriate. Taubenreuthers sole obligation under our warranty is repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. Taubenreuther will not be held responsible or liable for labour, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. All consequential losses are hereby excluded. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods. Terms and Conditions of this guarantee continue until superceded by our next brochure or updated Terms and Conditions. When ordering goods the customer acknowledges, understands and accepts the product specifications contained in our advertised descriptions. All front bars may affect the triggering mechanism of the air bag in the vehicle and are not air bag compliant unless an air bag certificate is provided by Taubenreuther showing the manufacturers certificate for air bag compliance.
